1961: The Beginning of a Profession

Founder Mr. Cho, a graduate of Taiwan's first private vocational school, "Kainan Commercial & Technical High School," established Ta Ti Hsing Machinery Works with his exceptional mechanical expertise, dedicating himself to the manufacturing and R&D of soy food machinery. As early as the 1960s, the founder recognized the importance of the international market, laying the groundwork for future global expansion.

1969: Going International

The founder resolutely traveled abroad to expand the company's global business footprint. After more than sixty years of hard work, Ta Ti Hsing's soy food equipment has not only earned the trust of renowned Taiwanese food companies like Uni-President, I-Mei, Hsi-Pei, and Brother, but our overseas clients also span 32 countries across North America, South America, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Africa.

1971: Technological Innovation and Plant Expansion

As the business grew, the company expanded its factory. In the early days, our main product was the soybean and rice grinding machine. Through relentless effort, founder Mr. Cho successfully developed Taiwan's first electric soybean and rice grinding machine, becoming a pioneer of semi-automatic tofu machines in Taiwan at the time. Building on this foundation, we have continued to invest in the R&D of various soy food machinery.

1980s: The Dawn of the Automation Era

Through the joint efforts of the second-generation successor, General Manager Chien-Wang Cho, the fully automatic soy food production line was officially launched in 1980. In 1985, we held an on-site demonstration of "Computerized Automated Machinery" at our factory, an unprecedented event in Taiwan at the time. In 1990, we participated in the World Trade Center Food Machinery Exhibition, where our automated equipment received widespread acclaim.

1982 - 1985: Honors and Recognition

Our outstanding quality and innovative technology received widespread industry recognition:

• 1982: Awarded the Golden Dragon Award for High-Quality Domestic Machinery by the Republic of China.
• 1985: Recognized by the Taoyuan County Government and awarded the Top Ten Excellent Machinery Award of Taoyuan County.

2009 - 2012: Generational Succession and Patent Strategy

The third-generation successor, Andrew, officially joined the management team. With his expertise in computer science, he significantly enhanced the monitoring equipment of Ta Ti Hsing's machinery products and established a video-based sales and service system. Concurrently, our machine products successively obtained various professional certifications and were awarded multiple Republic of China patent certificates.

2013: Hosting the Global Soy Food Manufacturers Summit

We convened over 50 domestic and international manufacturers in Taoyuan to host the Global Soy Food Manufacturers Summit, discussing how to provide humanity with the highest quality soy products to promote health. During the summit, participating companies affirmed that the various soy food machines developed and designed by Ta Ti Hsing have enhanced the output and value of soy products, positioning us as the "driving force" behind high-quality soy products worldwide.

2014 - 2018: International Certification and New Plant Inauguration

2014: Became the first company in Taiwan whose entire automated tofu production line passed Swiss SGS verification and obtained EU CE certification.

2015: Planned the new modern plant in Daxi to continue expanding into international markets and deepening domestic market services.

2017: Provided integrated system services from turnkey projects, R&D, design, production, installation, to commissioning, promoting traditional Chinese soy products to the world.

2018: The Ta Ti Hsing Daxi plant was inaugurated, attracting distinguished guests from home and abroad. The second Global Soy Food Manufacturers Summit was held on the same day. The three-generation management team jointly expressed their gratitude for the support from all sectors.

2019 - 2024: Continuous Innovation and Numerous Awards

In recent years, we have actively participated in the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program of the Ministry of Economic Affairs' Department of Industrial Technology and the Conventional Industry Technology Development (CITD) program of the Industrial Development Bureau. We are committed to developing energy-saving, high-efficiency, and additive-free innovative equipment, and have been repeatedly recognized as an outstanding company in Taoyuan City and Taiwan's industrial innovation R&D programs.

• 2019: Developed the "Shokunin No. 1" fully automatic soymilk machine.
• 2020: Recognized as an outstanding soy food equipment manufacturer in conjunction with the Agriculture and Food Agency's "Domestic Soybean Industry Tour."
• 2021: Innovated and developed the "Sealed Spherical Soymilk Cooker," enhancing nutritional value and yield.
• 2023: Awarded the "Outstanding Enterprise" prize at the 20th National Brand Yushan Award.
• 2024: Developed the "New Patented Conical Centrifuge."
